Jade is an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Her journey began with a background in representative basketball, touch football, and tennis, making sport and fitness integral parts of her life from a young age. This early passion has significantly shaped her career and coaching style.
Resistance training isn’t as simple as lifting a dumbbell ten times. It’s a science that must be tailored to each individual’s unique goals and needs. With extensive experience, she understands how, when, and what strategies to implement to effectively challenge her clients, ensuring they are neither overtrained nor undertrained. Using an evidence-based approach, Jade empowers her clients to reach their full potential in the gym.
Her specialties include injury prevention/ rehabilitation, dry needling, cardio and resistance training programming. Jade’s current client base is diverse, including private clients, clinical rehabilitation settings, adolescent private schools, and women in drug and alcohol recovery programs. Additionally, she is dedicated to education as the lecturer in charge of the education pathways cohorts at the Australian Catholic University, overseeing the Health and Exercise Science faculties at the Blacktown and Strathfield campuses. She teaches Anatomy, Human Biology, Exercise Testing and Prescription, and Growth, Motor Development.
Jade also provides services for NDIS participants, SIRA workers compensation claims, and Medicare and private health care rebates.

Learning to walk again after a full knee reconstruction, Neil turned to natural bodybuilding to challenge himself and give his efforts in the gym a goal. Success on the bodybuilding stage would soon follow with National titles in New Zealand and Australia and Neil being pursued for his knowledge and know-how to coach others while working full time in finance.
