Jade is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 14+ years’ experience in the industry.
With a background in representative basketball, touch football and tennis, sport and fitness has always been part of her life from a young age which has helped shape her career and coaching style today.
Health and fitness isn’t always about lifting a dumbbell ten times; it’s really a science that should be tailored to the individual and their goals. With experience comes the understanding of how, when, what to implement at the right time to challenge the client without sending them over the edge or under-training them. Jade uses an evidence-based approach to help empower her clients in the gym.
Jade’s current client base is diverse working with private clients at PE Department, clinical rehabilitation hospital settings, adolescent private schools programming at Reddam House, head of clinical clearance and programming at Jarrah House drug and alcohol facility for woman and children. Jade is also currently the lecturer in charge for the education pathways cohorts at the Australian Catholic University at the Blacktown and Strathfield campuses in the Health and Exercise Science faculties. She teaches units such as Anatomy, Human Biology, Exercise Testing and Prescription and Growth Motor and Development and Sports Psychology.
Jade is also available for NDIS participants, SIRA workers compensation claims, Medicare and Private Health care rebates.

As a qualified exercise sport scientist and massage therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese medicine, I bring a unique holistic approach to my coaching practice. I seamlessly blend my expertise in exercise science with the wisdom of acupuncture and traditional Chinese healing methods. My training philosophy emphasizes moving the body through its full range of motion, enhancing longevity and overall health.
In addition to personalized fitness coaching, I offer a range of services including cupping, massage, and gua sha. These techniques are designed to help clients gain more mobility, manage pain, and improve posture. Megan emphasizes the benefits of strength training beyond just physique—it plays a key role in long-term health, physical resilience, and overall quality of life. She helps clients build strength and improve performance with a structured, progressive approach that delivers both physical and mental benefits, including greater confidence in and out of the gym.
She offers individual coaching sessions, as well as online programming with video feedback supervision—a cost-effective option for those seeking structured programming, expert instruction, and ongoing support.
In her own training, Megan has a strong focus on powerlifting and is currently mentored by Sebastian Oreb, the Australian Strength Coach.

Will (@will.makeyoufit) is a highly accomplished trainer with a background in elite rowing and NSW rugby. His lifelong passion for athletic performance led him to immerse himself in strength and conditioning from an early age, shaping his expertise in training and coaching.
In recent years, Will has embraced hybrid training, blending strength and endurance disciplines, and has competed in HYROX events. His experience in high-performance sports, combined with his deep understanding of both power and endurance, allows him to design highly effective programs tailored to diverse fitness goals.

Hugo is a Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer that focuses on providing a long term,
sustainable approach to health and wellness. His goal is to not only improve his client’s
fitness, but to help them achieve a balanced approach to their training, nutrition, sleep and
rehabilitation goals that fit within their lifestyle.
With an individualised and evidence-based approach, Hugo works with an array of clientele
across all ages and fitness levels to foster enjoyment and engagement with a wellness
program. Hugo has previously worked at the Princess Alexandra in Orthopaedic &
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Acceleration Australia Sports Performance Training and the
University of Queensland as a Personal Trainer.
