Group Training

Functional Dept is our group training component of PE. Our training here focuses on functional movement, team training and athletic performance. Classes are designed to be the closest thing to personal training in a group training environment offering a high variety of classes throughout the week including cardio circuits, strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training, boxing, outdoor run and metabolic conditioning.

In the group training everyone is known by name, the trainers track your results and make sure you are getting the goals you deserve and set out to achieve. No one is left behind and no one leaves without a smile (and a serious sweat). And it is not just about the training; our trainers are always available to offer advice or answer questions from clients and managers Vee & Luke take pride in being contactable day or night for any issues that might come your way. Expect a lot of attention and a lot of care as we welcome you into our team and family.
