Neil Peters – Personal Trainer

Born in Zimbabwe, Neil played a lot of sport, including 8 years of Karate where he placed as high as Second at National Level Competitions. After moving to New Zealand as a teenager Neil played soccer and rugby before disaster struck in the form of an ACL and Medial knee injury which ruled him out of any sports for 12 months. Learning to walk again after a full knee reconstruction, Neil turned to natural bodybuilding to give his efforts in the gym a goal and challenge himself. 10 years on and Neil has won multiple trophies in New Zealand & Australia as well as coached other athletes to national honours, all while prioritising his corporate career.

Understanding the pressures of the corporate life, Neil now focuses solely on personal training and helping others balance their corporate lives and personal health goals. Neil helps his clients achieve and maintain optimal health & performance through diet, training, supplementation and recovery strategies. The results not only make his clients look good and feel great but have a profoundly positive affect on all aspects of their life.

  • Recomp Australia registered
  • First Aid & CPR
