Jae grew up in Sydney South. With a strong passion for Training, educating and pushing his clients to the next level has made Jae one of the most demanded trainers here at P.E. Dept.
Jae joined the Royal Australian Navy in 2012 as a Clearance diver. In 2014 Jae transferred branch and became a Royal Australian Navy Strength and Conditioning Coach, his expertise and formal qualifications were used in the development of specific Strength and conditioning techniques and programming for the elite defense force members such as TAG (tactile assaulted group) and Clearance diving teams. This included a high level of mental and physical preparation of TAG and Clearance diving teams and individuals.
Jae continually develops his knowledge and has in the past 6 years applied scientific principles to strength and conditioning programs, weight loss, performance training, metabolic conditioning.
Jae’s experience and deep understanding of weight loss, performance training and strength and conditioning has him currently working with some of Sydney’s top business CEO, film producers, models and actors.
Jae has an innate ability to train and impart knowledge to others easily, coupled with his technical expertise, and motivational skills and is one of the most demanded trainer here at P.E. Dept.
